I would take a one-pound box of orzo pasta, cook it according to the instructions on the box, then rinse with cold water and let sit to drain in a colander for a few minutes, then add about 2 or 3 diced fresh tomatoes, a diced fresh cucumber, and some sliced Greek Kalamata olives, then toss with the salad dressing (you'll probably need most of the bottle for this). Salt and pepper to taste. Some chopped fresh dill and/or chopped fresh oregano on top would be nice. Depending on how much you like feta, you may want to add some more cubed feta (French Feta is usually milder than Greek feta, if you find Greek Feta a bit too strong for your taste).
