Kurt is more on the money, with his answer. If there is one thing I have noticed in the Greek, Italian and Spanish, salads, they don't add sugar, it's natural flavors. Also they only use enough dressing to coat the salad not swim in it.

For Kurt's information and yours, they also add cucumber. The dressing is a make up of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, squeeze of lemon, and a wine vinegar or balsamic, pepper and sea salt to taste.

Hope I was of any help.

Chris
A Greek salad at an actual Greek restaurant would be more inclined to be chunks of cumcumber, tomato, onion, feta cheese(also chunked not crumbled) stuffed grape leaves, Greek olives(might be a mix of green and black) then drizzled with olive oil, lemon juice(and/or red wine vinegar), oregano, salt and pepper

If it's a commercialized version, it will have romaine lettuce added to the mix

Both can be served with warm pita bread that you can also brush with oil and a little salt
