Toss 3 quartered tomatoes, some fresh oregano, 2 tablespoons capers (with 3 tablespoons of the liquid), 1 tablespoon sliced pickled peppers (with 1 tablespoon of the liquid), 3 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper. Toss in watercress, sliced scallions and pitted Greek olives.
-There isn't any noodles but if you want you can add crushed ramen noodles to add crunch if you don't like watercress nuts- that's what I usually do.

2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
6 black Greek olives, pitted and sliced
Directions
1. In shallow salad bowl, or on serving platter, combine tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Sprinkle with oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle feta cheese and olives over salad. Serve.How to make Greek salad?
Greek Salad I
In a large salad bowl, combine the Romaine, onion, olives, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese.
Whisk together the olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and black pepper. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.

and mix them all together in a bowl.
you need to have ONLY fresh vegetables and stuff.. or else it wont taste good.
