Of these the first is healthiest because it's lower in fat than the others. The hummus has a bit of fat from the sesame but it's lightest.

I think second would be the Asian.

Things to watch in salads that make them less healthy is hidden fat in avocados and olives [altho it's goo fat], fried chicken, bacon and noodles, sweet dressings, peanuts, almonds, seeds, cheese. Of course a little is ok but they are often loaded with all of them and sometimes have more calories than a burger.

Another factor to know is to always try to get assorted greens without iceberg lettuce. Iceberg has almost no nutrition. It's just water and fiber.
I think in terms of lowers calories the best would either be the avocado one or the feta cheese one since feta cheese is low in fat for a cheese. They are all healthy though and will provide you with vitamins, minerals and good proteins. Just pick the one that you fancy and eat when you are hungry but make sure to stop eating when you are full.

Hope this helps. Enjoy your salad! Personally i would have the chicken and noodle one! What salad is healthiest?
Avocado salad. But a balanced salad would be deep bleu cobb salad as it contains chicken.
Once again they are all so similar it doesn't really matter.

The Avocado maybe just a little better.
The first or the last one.Creamy dressings are always higher in calories and fat. And Caesar dressing is the worst for you.
