Here are some great recipes:
Absolutely Fabulous Greek / House Dressing
The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily. It can be used for picnics and travels very well, since it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant !
1 1/2 quarts olive oil
1/3 cup garlic powder
1/3 cup dried oregano
1/3 cup dried basil
1/4 cup pepper
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
2 quarts red wine vinegar
In a very large container, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and Dijon-style mustard. Pour in the vinegar, and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Olive oil, with a small amount of vinegar or lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper, is the only dressing for a salad if you're going to call it a Greek salad. You can put any dressing you like on a salad but it will no longer be a Greek salad if you put ranch on it.Dressing for greek salad?
Try this .... no need to buy:
Put these in a container with a lid
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Salt and pepper
some vinegar
1 tspn English mustard
and dried mint...delicious over a salad, you can also add some capers and cubes of feta cheese to the salad
Why buy it? Squeeze some lemon juice over the salad, a few turns from your 'mixed pepper' pepper mill and a sprinkling of olive oil. Basta!
olive oil ,feta cheese, garlic, pepper,
Italian!Always the best with any salad.
Just mix a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Doesn't need to be complicated!
Newman's Own makes a nice Greek dressing but why not try some of these recipes. They all look really good.
