His menu appears to be sophisticated without being intimidating. I think that it will do well with both people who consider themselves to be food connoisseurs and are looking for something new to try, as well as less adventures types who identify with more familiar items. I like that he has taken some classic flavor pairings and mixed them up to give them a new spin. I found most of the items to sound very tasty. My one complaint is that a lot of the items appear to be pretty heavy. If I was out for a business lunch or light but filling diner on a hot day, I would probably shy away from a restaurant with a menu that contains so many rich entrees. Hope this helps, good luck.
i was reading the regular breakfast menu and i was drooling . then i found out that those weren't even the deluxe breakfasts!!!!!!!!!! i want to go to that restaurant!! :)What do you think of my fiancée's possible restaurant menu?
Well, there isn't anything that would be a healthy meal, especially among the breakfasts...where are the whole grains %26amp; fresh fruit (not covered in sugar)? And then everything else is either fried or covered in cheese, yogurt, butter, cream...

It would take a hell of a lot of rearranging/special ordering for me to even find something I would eat.

And I wouldn't even set foot in the place anyway since there is veal on the menu.
it is sound delicious.
is it open yet and where and when can we eat. it all sounds yummy with lots of different choices
this menu is way too long and too may items to choose from if he could pare it down to like 10 items per meal, it would be better, and maybe put the sauces and gelato on the side.
