How do i make a basic greek salad dressing for 1 serving?

I'm really in the mood for a greek salad, i have the ingredients but don't know which ones to use. I don't want anything fancy, just the iceberg lettuce, feta and no cucumber onion or tomato.... anyone know how to make the dressing (1 serving)? How do i make a basic greek salad dressing for 1 serving?
Half this recipe...Add feta cheese to it and make it extra good. It will keep in the refrigerator if you don't use it all. But it is so good especially with the crumbled feta cheese I bet you will!

Greek Dressing

1 tbsp. oregano

1 tsp. parsley

5 tbsp. olive oil

2 to 3 tsp. vinegar

Garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together oregano, parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over salad.
Cut this recipe in half; it's more than one serving but you should make more than you think you need just in case... plus it will keep in the fridge for about a week.

Here are two suggestions:

2 ounces of extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice

Fresh oregano and thyme chopped fine to taste

or dried herbs if you don't have fresh.

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well.

or

1 ounce of extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon or red wine vinegar

1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 cloves of garlic pressed in a garlic press or chopped fine if no garlic press

1/4 inch of sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix this really well.

Enjoy! I love Greek salad, too.
