鈻?/2 red bell pepper, chopped
鈻?/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
鈻? medium cucumber, chopped
鈻? cup cherry tomatoes, chopped in halves
鈻? tbsp Greek salad dressing
鈻? small container Feta Cheese
鈻? tsp basil
鈻? tsp oregano
Optional:
鈻燙hicken, Shrimp, Tofu, or Steak
鈻燗vocado
鈻燨lives
鈻燨nions
Directions:
1.Cook pasta according to package directions.
2.Chop veggies and place in a large mixing bowl. Add in basil and oregano but don鈥檛 mix them in yet.
3.When pasta finishes cooking, drain the water from it and rinse in cold water (while still in the strainer) so that the pasta is a cool temperature when you add it into the veggies.
4.Pour pasta over the veggies and seasonings, top with the feta cheese, and mix everything together well.
5.Add Greek salad dressing- I used 2 tbsp, but use more if you would like to.
6.Stir everything together well and enjoy!
If desired, add in any of the optional sides listed above, or any other ones that you would like to use!
Serve as is or with toasted pita bread (my favorite). How to make greek pasta salad(i think) like from grocery stores?
It sounds like a regular pasta salad recipe. I usually use cheddar and a white cheese cube in mine, the dressing is usually italian dressing, the red bits sounds like red peppers, and the noddles are just plain and spinach flavored. That is the rainbow rotini but it sounds like the orange one isn't in there. It usually has tomatoes in it as well.
