for other drinks you can obviously have skim milk, herbal tea, make sure to incorporate some other healthy fats into your diet like almonds, walnuts, and peanut butter. other than that, your doing good!

btw, you dont really need to loose weight, your healthy
Looks like ur doing great, just dont eat something too heavy for dinner because then u dont have enough time to burn these calories. For lunch add more protien to ur diet. other than that i think ur on the way of loosing those 10lbs :D. gd luckEating so far today?! ADVICE FOR THE REST OF THE DAY?!?
4 a snack, i'd say try some Ryvitas--- they give u good fibre:)

skim milk is also good because it has nutriets that's good 4 ur body:)
So far it sounds like you're doing great!

For a snack I would try: a fruit smoothie, its packed full of protein and will keep you full until dinner; some fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, or grapes (frozen grapes are delicious and really help crave your sweet tooth); a handful of nuts with cayenne pepper, or just plain if you prefer

For supper: turkey burger with some fresh veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.. try dipping it in hummus if you dont like it plain, its delicious and good for you!); a salad is always good as long as you dont use a lot of dressing (which you say you dont!); or just google "healthy dinner recipes"

Hope that helped! %26amp; good luck =)
