Is this a healthy meal plan? 10 pts(:?

I just want some opinions.

I'm 14. Healthy, maybe a little on the heavy side by about 5 or 6 pounds.

Here's what I eat everyday:



Breakfast

1 cup of Light Greek Chobani Yogurt

3/4 cup of Ancient Granola

8-10 oz of Water or Milk

Or

2 Eggs

1/2 Oscar Meyer hot dog

3 bell peppers (small) or 1 cup spinach



Snack

8 oz smoothie

Or

10 oz Nesquick



Lunch

2 cups Farmers Greens

3-4 Srawberries

2 Carrots

1 pinch of almonds

No dressing

Or

The same yogurt and milk (if I didn't have it for breakfast)



Snack

1 oz Cheddar/Havarti Cheese

4 crackers

Or

1 cup apples



Dinner

Usually consists of (Around 4-6 oz) Lean Meat (Chicken, Fish, Turkey), 1 vegetable (broccoli, big bell pepper) or salad, and a little bit of starch (corn, pasta, rice)Is this a healthy meal plan? 10 pts(:?
For breakfast everyday eat eggs and oatmeal. For snack drink a smoothie nesquik has too much sugar. Lunch is fine. Snack eat tinned tuna and wholewheat pita bread or apples. Dinner is good. Drink a gallon of water a day. And you'll lose weight.
Yep, it is! It's great that you've got foods essential for a balanced diet but in moderation and a lot more of the healthy stuff ...Well done =)Is this a healthy meal plan? 10 pts(:?
Very healthy! But cut out the nesquick, that stuff is fattening!
