WHITOUTH WORDS
The Italian would have Italian and the Caeser would have Caeser.
YOU KNOW THEY SELL BOTTLES OF THAT DRESSING IN THE RESTAURANT. JUST GO IN AND BUY SOME . ....I AGREE IT'S DELICIOUS
It tastes like Italian to me.
It's a simple house Italian. The exact recipe is a proprietary blend so there's no way in hell they are going to share it with you.
Olive Garden Salad Dressing Copycat Recipe
Recipe #231926
I found this recipe on the internet. It's been a LONG time, so I don't remember exactly where. I love Olive Garden, and this is the closest recipe I've ever found to their dressing. The other recipes that call for mayonnaise are close as well, but I guess I just prefer this one. It makes quite a bit, so I would suggest halving it. I typically do, and it serves 4-6 people easily. I recommend using the liquid pectin. Without the pectin and egg, this will still work, but it will be VERY runny, and, in my opinion, not as good.

Take vinegar through red pepper flakes and blend it up in a blender.
In a large bowl, mix the salad mix and whatever else you want in there (olives, onions, tomatoes, pepperoncini, etc).
Pour the dressing over the mix (use your judgment as to how much you want - this might make too much for it), and toss it all together.
Top with parmesan cheese if desired.

I just love it too! You can go into the restaurant and purchase it. You may also be able to buy it online at olivegarden.com. Here's a site that has a recipe very similar that you can make at home!
Enjoy!
