Does this sound like a good diet for my day?

Breakfast: -6 oz. container of plain Oikos fat-free Greek Yogurt

-1 TBS. honey

-1 c. mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.)



Snack: -1 serving baby carrots

-1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce



Lunch: -Salad with 1 cup spinach

-Less than 1 c. combined celery and carrots chopped

-2 tsp. unsalted sunflower seeds.

-2 tbs. Good Seasonings Italian dressing

-3 oz. grilled chicken



Snack: -1 c. frozen red grapes

-1/2 c. edamame (out of pod)



Dinner: -1 c. steamed mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)

-1 c. cooked spinach

-1 6-8 oz. salmon filet (Costco) cooked in 2 tsp. olive oil (to prevent sticking) and drizzled in lemon juice.

you know it麓s not necesary to eat some light meals yo can eat meat and other heavy stuff, here麓s the best diet program ever
