Breakfast: Chocolate, Banana, Peanut Butter Protien Shake (About 30 grams of protien and i use 1/2 of a real banana)
Snack: Small V-8 tomato juice can
Snack #2: 100 calorie pack (chips, popcorn, etc...)
Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich (light mayo and mustard) and a Greek Yogurt
Snack: Grapes or Orange or Apple
Dinner: Grilled or baked chicken, 1 veggie, 1 startch and a small salad with low fat greek dressing
-OR- a small grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, tom, cheese and a few chips
Drink: I drink water all day, with the exception of 1-2 beers or 1-2 glasses of wine about 2-3 times a week.
I think that i'm eating healthy, but im always hungry... what do you think? (Ps. I'm a busy girl, I work 10 hour days and I go to the gym at least 5 times a week)Is what i'm eating healthy?
It's all healthy enough, but there's no bulk. No wonder you're hungry. You need loads more green veg - broccoli, spinach, cabbage - and some more fat, even just a teaspoonful of olive oil a couple of times a day. Maybe substitute actual nuts for your chips - chips are basically empty of nutrition.
This looks reallly healthy and I probably couldn't do this, but you might want to eat a bit more before/after gym if you're hungry. I know this is a short answer... but ya... :)Is what i'm eating healthy?
Your diet is very healthy. To see if you are getting enough calories for your active life, are you losing weight? What is your BMI?
yep... its healthy, but you could skip beer sometimes :)
