What do you think of this diet and exercise plan?

Ok here it is...

breakfast - Great Grains cereal with blueberries

snack - greek yogurt OR almonds (1/4 cup)

lunch - salad with chicken and 0 fat dressing

dinner - some type of Lean Cuisine/ Healthy Choice

snack - peaches and 0 fat cottage cheese



For exercise I go to the gym whenever I can (about 2X a week) and do the elliptical every night after dinner for 30 minutes, unless i've gone to the gym

HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE DOING THIS?? thanks!What do you think of this diet and exercise plan?
well everything kind of depends on your age and height and how many calories you need in general. just make sure you're not eating less than 1100-1200 calories.
