First off, I'm 14 years old, 5'1, and I weigh around 110 (Haven't checked it a while.)
Here's a little bit of my diet if that helps as well.
For breakfast, I usually will have a small bowl of cereal or a Special K Bar/ Fiber One bar.
For lunch, it really all depends. Sometimes for my "main course" I will have a salad with light dressing, greek yogurt with granola, tuna, etc. Then littler things with it such as string cheese, yoplait yogurt, straw berries, apple, black berries, Smart Food popcorn, etc.
Dinner is usually whatever my Dad would make and he usually has a meat, vegetable, and then like rice or something. Lately, I've been eating chili for dinner. I almost always drink water, sometimes juice, like cranberry juice, and green tea every night. I pig out at night with tortilla chips and hot sauce at night though. :/
As for exercise, I slack so much. I try to run everyday, but sometimes it's hard for me. I'll put it off so much. I just don't enjoy running. I feel like it takes super long to do and it's just a hassle for me... whether it's outside or inside. I have access to a yoga mat, tred mill, 8 pound weights, outside, jump rope. I also have Wii fit to play will, but the dumbass Wii fit board makes me feel like crap so I don't go on there, haha. I also have Just Dance 3 if I can use that in some way.
Okay, so my questions are :
How can I stay full during the day until lunch? I eat breakfast at about 6:30 - 7:30 depending on what it is, and lunch is at 12:00 or something like that, maybe a little later.
How can I get abs? Please make a work out plan for me that's not boring and switches up so I don't get tired of it.
How can I control my urge to eat so much of one thing?

switch ur diet to bananas . they provide great caro and fibre enough for u .

There are tons of articles on nutrition and training. The BEST website you can visit and gain knowledge from. Remember: Nutrition is the MOST Important. On the website there are already planned meal schedules for you just to read!!, and there is a section specifically for teenagers!, Go and gain knowledge! Knowledge is POWER! Eating oatmeal and egg whites with a protein shake is good, you are still young believe it or not, so don't go crazy on supplements and vitamins. Let your body grow, also sleeping is important. take 6 small meals a day, so you won't slow your metabolism... just eat normally.. it's the best and healthy way to lose weight... drink 2-4 liters of water a day
you can get abs by losing your belly fat... hhas an abs,, but only fats can make it invisible...
do a lot of cardio.. not sit ups...
You can control your eating by thinking what is not good for you =)
