Can I lose 15 lbs in 8 weeks following this plan?

Hi ok so after weeks of going back and forth and having no luck with various plans...I have decided to do the following. I am on day three of the plan and so far so good. I am a 5'7'' 160 lbs 23 year old male....I recently packed on like 20 lbs just from overeating (was still jogging regularly though)....

My plan:

Breakfast: 1 cup blueberries with low fat Greek yogurt (100 calories)

Snack 1: Apple

Lunch: egg WHITE omelet w/steamed brocoli (1 cup egg whites, 1 tbsp feta cheese, 105 cals of steamed brocoli)

Snack 2: 10 strawberries

Dinner: protein and salad (such as two grilled chicken breasts, salmon, measured low fat dressing of 70 calories and the rest all raw vegetables)

Exercise: 8 miles outdoor jogging/walking combo DAILY

Can/Will I lose 15-20 lbs over the next 8 weeks following a plan like this? Can I lose 15 lbs in 8 weeks following this plan?
sounds really good :-) but remember just to stick to this for the 8 weeks, because if you stay on this plan you might lose too much weight and become underweight making your body not function properly, so be careful :')

but so far so good, goo luck %26amp; keep up the good work :-) x
I think you could! But remember if you are running you have to have something to burn off or you won't loose any weightCan I lose 15 lbs in 8 weeks following this plan?
yes its a very good plan for weight loss. Add green tea after dinner and lemon juice after breakfast in your diet plan. you will do very fine
yes
u can, but beware that the body is very fickle and stubborn, the less body fat you have the more itll want to cling to the fat. and since you are exactly at a healthy bmi things might start to get hard for you. my body suddenly stalled the moment i reached a healthy weight. even if you exercise like crazy and eat exactly right, your body will lose the weight when it feels like it. im telling you this so you keep going even if the number you chose doesnt happen right away. the last 20 lbs have taken the same amount of time that the first 100 took, very frustrating. but dont give up! it sounds like you have a good plan, but make sure your calories are not too low, because thats another thing that stalled me! my body did not like living on 1200 calories, let me tell you!
