Can u tell me, is this too much food?

ok so it is evening now and I really want a snack but I am trying to lose weigh this is what i ate today:

breakfast:

small apple and banana

snack: 1 cup of salad with 2 tablespoons of honey mustard

lunch: one tortilla with brocolli, roast beef spicy brown mustard, lettuce 1 tbs lite mayo and fat free mozzerlla cheese

snack: 11/4 cup of granola and raisin bran with fresh strawberries a lil bit of fat free greek yoghurt and sum milk(all this together was about 1 1/4 cup)

dinner: salad; salad mix, broccoli shredded, 1 turkey hot dog, handfull of sliced grapes and 3-4 tbsp of organic dressing, (all this was about 2 cups)



now i want to snack on a slice of brown toast with organic peanut butter and honey... should i??

BTW i have had like 6 bottles of water todayCan u tell me, is this too much food?
How much do you weigh, and how much excercise have you gotten? Include those...
