Have I eaten too much today?

Today, I've had....



Breakfast- 130 calories of oatmeal, greek yogurt, 1 apple



Snack- 180 calorie protein Luna bar



Lunch- a salad (romaine lettuce, 1 egg white, shitake mushroom slices, 1 teaspoon of peas, and broccoli w/ italian dressing), 3 slices of kiwi and a strawberry.



Dinner- Tofu scramble in a pocket sandwich (180 calories), 1 cup of asparagus, container of greek yogurt





I wanted to have an apple again but am afraid it'll be too much :(



I'm 119 lbs and trying to lose maybe 4-5 more lbs. I'm 20, exercise about 3-5 times a week and I'm 5'3". I'm skinny fat :(Have I eaten too much today?

that sounds really good. Just make sure your oatmeal isn't the instant kind (instant oatmeal is overly refined and processed, and therefore not healthy. Steel cut oats are the best!)

Absolutely not! Actually you've eaten really healthy! Another apple is absolutley nothing to worry or hesitate about! I always have to have fruit after dinner to wash my food down with and I'm 5'4", 16 and 104lbs. Take up running, I used to weigh 115lbs and was 2" shorter, but now I run, eat more (but healthier) and am no longer skinny fat! Just skinny. Its fun.
