I feel like a 14 year old asking this... (diet)?

I feel so dumb and insecure asking this, like one of them teeny boppers that ask the same repetitive question, "Did i eat 'good' today?" But what the heck. You guys don't know me and probably never will, and i'm bored. Plus, these are fun to read, so i'm giving you guys some free entertainment- unless you're the ones paying the internet bill...



Just to give y'all some insight on me:

I'll be 18 soon (ok, yeah, not THAT much older than a 14 year old, but it still counts =P), i'm a girl, last time i checked. i weigh 123 and i am 5'8. Oh, and hi, I'm Jacqui.



How was my diet today?

breakfast- V8 light fruit/veggie juice

and an Kashi Honey Almost Flax bar (love, love, love) and a hand full of trail mix- filled with lots of nuts, mostly almonds.



snack: apple



lunch: salad (mix of spinach leaves and baby romaine and others) w/ chick peas, edamame, carrots, and tomatoes. (the dressing wasn't high in fat- but i borrowed it from a friend because i forgot to put some on mine in the morning!)



snack: more trail mix



snack: apple, grapes, sargento cheese stick.



dinner: spicy tuna sushi. a good handful of pita chips with couscous that had black beans and corn in it.



snack: banana and grapes and some 72% dark chocolate.

i'm considering having a 110 calorie greek yogurt, but i'm actually pretty full.



drinks: water, water. WATER, WATER. hahaha

p.s im not trying to loose weight. i'm just trying to be health conscious.I feel like a 14 year old asking this... (diet)?
Yeah you are being like a 14 year old girl haha, you really can't eat any healthier than that and you know it, relax.
U ate so healthy I could never do that all I eat is chips for snacks and either steak porkchops chicken or some other meat the rest of the dayI feel like a 14 year old asking this... (diet)?
