I'm 15 year old girl and I'm about 5'2 and weigh between 87-90 pounds. I recently used to obsess over my weigh and it would stress me out but I'm trying really hard to get out of it. When I wake up I have a banana and a bowl of cereal. Then for a snack between my breakfast and lunch I usually have an apple. Then for lunch I usually have non-fat greek yogurt and I put other fruit and it and granola. For snacks between lunch and dinner I have carrots and hummus/peanut butter, almonds, and stuff like that. For dinner I usually have a huge salad (when I say huge....I mean huge!) filled with lots of nuts, jalapeno slices, shredded cheese, avocado, dressing (usually ceaser), tomatoes, and others with of course a protein dish inside (tuna, salmon, chicken, etc.) I always think I'm eating way tooo much because I feel as if my friends never really eat. My friends always talk about how skinny I am but I always feel like I'm stuffing my face and I'm not sure if it's because I actually am eating way tooo much or if I'm perfectly fine. Am I eating enough?! Please let me know!!Am I eating enough daily or too much?
well get exercise and build up muscle and your diet is Perfect!!!!!!!!
PS your weight should be 108-121 and this was based on height
Your friends might eat a lot behind closed doors.
To me it sounds fine and healthy...you made me hungry now lol!
I like the menu styleeeee:)Am I eating enough daily or too much?
You are consuming to many non-veggie sugars/net-carbs in your eating regimen, as most people do. Low-natural-fat, higher sugar/net-carb diets are among the most unhealthy ways to eat. Excessive calorie deprivation is also very unhealthy and results in a loss of substantial muscle tissue, not fat weight (and also robs the body of age/disease fighting nutrients).
Eat more veggies instead, along with more natural fats (no-oil-added nuts, organic eggs, etc.), and quality proteins.
Look up the YouTube lecture video called "Sugar: The Bitter Truth" for some valuable insight on sugar/net-carb consumption. Also, do internet searches on the myths of saturated fat and cholesterol consumption. Natural fats are your friend, and vital to good health and a lean body.
Your diet really is perfect. Finally, someone on Yahoo Answers who gets it! Good for you :)
The reason you probably feel like you're eating more than your friends is because... you probably are. But you can afford to, because the majority of the food you eat is pretty low in calories. Be proud of your healthy eating habits!
