What do you think? Does this sound like a good plan for my diet?If I ate this would it help me lose weight?
Yes, absolutely it will but keep in mind losing weight is not always about WHAT you eat but rather HOW MUCH you eat. What you've got there is a very balanced and healthy diet, but you could lose a similar amount of weight eating pepperoni. Your body burns a certain amount of weight each day depending on your age, sex, height, weight, and physical activity. So long as you consume less than you burn you will lose weight. Keep in mind I'm not telling you to stray from your healthy diet, I'm just saying you don't technically have to be that structured about it. To see how much your body burns each day take a look at this website http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/calorie鈥?/a>
