Lunch: one slice of Weight Watchers multigrain bread with blueberry jam, half a nectarine, 3 snap peas
Snack: Mott's Fruit-sations apple sauce
Dinner: Greek salad with Japanese Walnut dressing ( red onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, dressing) and 2 sausage rolls with mustard, and Dole juice box ( mango, orange peach)
Dessert: Pigs ears ( twisted pastery dipped in chocolate, with cinnamon) and one very small royal gala apple
I am 13 years old and about 5 ft tall, I weigh 79 pounds. Am I going to get fat? Also at school we had a Terry Fox run, I just walked it, and I also did some exercise around 7:45 p.m. Am I going to get fat?Please help me!Am I going to get fat?
What makes you think you're going to get fat? You're 13 and 79 pounds, you say you're eating fruits and getting exercise... you get fat from being lazy and eating either too much or just too much things that are bad for you... one dessert a day won't make you FAT as long as it's in moderation...
first of all, you are insanely skinny for your height! second of all, that wasn't THAT much food for one day- probably around 1200 calories- you won't get "FAT" from one day of eating that amount, you might just feel bloated.- just don't make it an everyday thing.Am I going to get fat?
Look at your parents and your grandparents. If they are fat, you will have to be careful of what you eat all your life. If they are not fat, stop worrying and eat what you want.
