Greek salad on a diet?

If I am on a diet is Greek salad ok to eat? (With grilled chicken) Is anything really bad (beets, dressing). Just curious because I had thought was being pretty good if I skip the pita bread. Thanks!Greek salad on a diet?
Not as good as some other salads would be, but just try and cut the whole meal in half - save some for tomorrow.

Also, cheese and dressing are always LOADED with extra calories - and they take away from the flavours.

Try it just this once without any extra things on it, but keep the pita bread.

Mix it around a bit, maybe. Remove/add different things every time you eat it to see what you like best.
The dressing can be high in calories because there is so much oil. I like the dressings that you spray(10 cals for 10 sprays) they taste good to. If you cant get this then just only use a little dressing. Also make sure there is no feta cheese unless it is low in fat. Enjoy!!Greek salad on a diet?
Cheese and dressing can ruin any healthy salad! Beware of these culprits and even pick some out. Ask for dressing on the side and use half of whatever they give you. Good luck!
