How did I do today?

I did the eliptical for 30 mins (interval setting, really hard)



Weighted jump rope-500 jumps



Sprinted/Ran Telephone poles for 20 mins



Pilates 20 mins





Ate:



-An egg white omelet with spinich, and fruit on the side

-a Pria bar and a special k bar

-a big greek salad (oily dressing)

-SlimFast shake

-Fruit

-Popsicle



I'm a little under 5 ft. i weight 120 how much do you think I'll lose in a month?How did I do today?
wowww taht's so amazing. i'm sure you can lose atleast 8 lbs..but keep it up! that's realy great!
