My cousin "Jane" made this Greek Salad was soo good and she txtd me the ingredients for the dressing but... i cant remember them and i accidently deleted it and there were so many ingredients for a txt i dont wanna bother her anymore. . . help please? ? ?How do I make the Dressing for a Greek Salad?
Took me a long time to find this originally but it is really easy. Basically oil and redwine vinegar, garlic, spices.
Use oil 2 to 1 for oil vs red wine vinegar
Greek Salad
Dressing:
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine or malt vinegar
1 clove garlic or two crushed
录 teasp salt
bit of oregano or chopped fresh thyme is so good
pepper
Salad:
Romaine, red onions, black olives, green pepper, feta
Shake it up or swirl to blend just before pouring over your Greek salad.
Sprinkle Feta on top.
white sauce? or tezzeki sauce?
made with yogurt, dill, shredded cucumber and little sour cream

I like to do a simple and flavorful dressing that consists of equal parts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, plus a generous sprinkle of oregano, basil, salt and fresh ground black pepper. Mix romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, black olives, red onion and toss with dressing.
I've eaten Greek Salad in Greece many times and they only dressing on it was a really good olive oil and a wedge of lemon on the side. Delish!
