How good is salad dressing after it says "best if buyed by..."?

There are about 6 salad dressings opened in our fridge and they are all dated 2007, is this okay as long as they are in the fridge? There's blue cheese, ranch, greek, italian, and poppyseed. I don't want to get sick. About how many months till a dressinig should be trashed? THANKS! get rid of the cream/mayo based (white) dressings. they are spoiled. they others are probably ok.

throw them all away and make your own dressing when you need it. 3 parts olive oil and 1 part acid - try different vinegars, citrus juice etc.
I know the ranch is probably not good. I would just look away and throw them away. I think you would probably be looking at Upset stomachs in the future if you used them.
