How many calories, grams of fat and carbs did I eat today?

This is my basic daily diet, can someone please tell me approximatly how many calories, grams of fat and carbs are all together? Thanks.



Breakfast: (9:30)



1 large brown egg, hard boiled

I regular banana



Lunch: (1:00)



1 medium sized bowl of mixed raw veggies (carrots, brocolli, tomatoes and calliflour)



Snack: (3:30)



1 cup of red grapes



Dinner:



Greek Salad -- Romaine, tomatoes, feta cheese and low fat greek dressing.How many calories, grams of fat and carbs did I eat today?
All this can be looked up online.



Besides that, you don't nearly get enough calories. You should be eating about 5 servings of some sort of whole grain a day.
