How much weight should i be able to lose ?

Im 15

i weigh 160 and my height is 5'6

How much weight should i be able to lose if i follow this meal plan and exercise plan?



breakfast : 1 cup green tea

3-5 egg whites

1 slice of bread



Lunch : salad (yellow , red , and orange peppers )

greek salad dressing (60 caloires per table spoon )





Mid -afternoon snack : 1 cup of blueberries

or 1 yogurt





dinner : salad or veggies

with meat



bedtime : green tea





drink water and green tea , no juice or pop is in this mealplan



ride exercise bike and burn 500 calories , do 20 minute kettle bell workoutHow much weight should i be able to lose ?
Definitely a few pounds. I would suggest a better workout program to lose more.
That sounds good, but remember to get a good intake of ALL of your things. Check the food pyramid. Follow it.How much weight should i be able to lose ?
add some fish in your diet. salmon, tilapia. more variety of fruits.

you should lose at least 2-3 pounds each week. but remember, losing weight takes patience.
i guess u will lose 10 pounds in about 2 weeks or lees maybe,good for u!!
