I doubt if they share their recipe. Try one of these if you'd like.



GREEK SALAD DRESSING



2 c. Mazola oil

1 tbsp. garlic powder

1/2 tbsp. Accent

5/8 c. cider vinegar

1/2 tbsp. oregano

1 tbsp. salt

Whisk all ingredients together.



HOUSE DRESSING



1 c. tomato soup

2/3 c. oil

1/2 c. catsup

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 clove garlic

1 sm. onion

Juice of 1 lemon (1/4 c. juice)

1/4 c. tarragon vinegar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. paprika

2/3 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. mayonnaise

Beat all ingredients well or use blender.



HOUSE SALAD DRESSING



1 c. tomato soup

1/2 c. oil

3/4 c. vinegar

1/2 tsp. each salt, paprika, and pepper

1 tsp. mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 sm. onion

2 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. garlic salt



Blend all together well with mixer or blender. Store in glass container.

Not sure, but it most likely has feta cheese in it.
Most "house dressings" are the chef's "secret recipe".

I don't know of Kelsey's but I make an authentic Greek salad dressing that contains just olive oil, fresh lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. A Greek restaurant owner taught me to make it. Could it be similar to that?
