Being and staying healthy?

Over the summer, I'm attending a very intensive ballet program. It's six days a week (M-Sa), 9 hours a day (from 8:30 to 5:30). I want to make sure I'm eating not too much, but not too little. And I want to make sure I stay healthy as well. Below is the diet I have planned so far, but I'm open to your suggestions.

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ raisin and nuts, grapes and pineapple

Before dance: Special bar designed by dancers (can be found at http://realfoodbarre.com/)

Lunch (we have a 1hour break): Chicken and a sprinkle of cheese on whole grain bread, a salad (w/ romaine lettuce, dried cranberries, sesame sticks, seeds, almond slivers, and barely a teaspoon of poppyseed dressing)

After dance: Smoothie w/ mixed berries, a 50cal juice/green tea, protein powder, and spinach

Dinner: Depends on the day. Most likely some grilled chicken breast. Then, I'll have either green beans or spinach.

Snack: Fat free greek yogurt (satisfy my sweet tooth!)

I'm 14, 5'5" and 105 pounds. Is this enough calories for the amount of exercise I will be doing? Too much? Any suggestions for my diet? Any suggestions for athletes (perhaps foods for muscle repair, muscle build, etc)? Also, how much water should I drink for this amount of exercise?Thank you so much. I really want to stay healthy and strong for the summer intensive =)Being and staying healthy?
sounds good! just try and change up your source of protein.. amybe some seafood or steak once in a while in place of grilled chicken? (not saying grilled chicken is bad... but just dont eat the sdame thing everyday... goes for all types of food as well)Being and staying healthy?
You should be eating around 1,981 calories each day. To find this information I simply googled calorie calculator and plugged in your information to a free one that came up. I hope this helps and good luck with your dance!
