im 17, 5 foot 3 and 120 pounds and i want to lose 10 by summer. today i did an hour and 40 minutes of calestetics like pushups and leglifts crunches ect... normally i run but i twisted my ankle yesterday and i didnt want to push it.
breakfast: 100 calorie greek yogurt with an apple, 6 almonds and a tbs of honey
lunch: a salad with 2 cups lettace handful of baby carrots, a serving size of chedder cheese, 6 walnuts and 2 tbs balsamic dressing
snack: 1/4 cup nuts
dinner: can of lentil soup (bad i know but i was hungry, has 300 calories in it) and a sandwhich with 2 pieces of bread and 2 tbs peanut butter
dessert: 6 mints
im a vegetarien btw. i feel like i ate soooo much but im still sooooo hungry :(Did i eat too much today to lose weight?
it was high in calories for sure, but the nearly 2 hours of workout should compensate for it
