What do you think of my semi vegan dinner?

I'm a vegetarian and decided to try a vegan meal. I think I fell short using the Toufayan wheat pita. I don't think it's vegan. I read the ingredients and didn't see any dairy or eggs listed. Any who, tell me what you think of my pita creation:

1 Toufayan wheat pita bread sliced in half

4 Slices of cucumber

4 grape tomatoes sliced in half's

Mixed salad; romaine, iceberg lettuce, and shredded carrots

Red pepper hummus

Edit:

I drizzled Italian dressing on top of both pita creations, and added 1 hand full of mixed nuts; almonds and pecans. This is was a spur of the moment inspiration and it tasted really good! I was shocked! Doesn't mean that I'm going to turn Vegan! Not even! I love Greek yogurt and honey; I also love vegetable fried rice with eggs! ( ^ _ ^ ) Not to mention vegetarian pizza! What do you think of my semi vegan dinner?
Sounds good ;)
I think it's a full vegan dinner, or full vegan semi-dinner because it is small.

It looks good, I think I am gonna start making pita sandwiches more often. What do you think of my semi vegan dinner?
Good balance between carbs and protein. You got both vegetable and fruit. I don't see anything wrong with it besides what another vegan said about the Pita.
There's no such thing as semi vegan.

I don't know what's in the Pita. If there are no animal by products, then it was vegan.
That isnt a semi Vegan dinner, that is all vegan. Looks like just a snack though, not much food.
I love pita sandwiches! Sounds delicious... definitely made me hungry :)
It sux
Where is your protien? If you are going to be a vegetarian it means you will need to get MORE protien than most people because most of the foods you will eat will not be complete protiens!!!
