Calorie and are they okay?

okay. im 13 years old 5'5 and a half and weigh 132. i wouldnt mind losing 5 pounds.

okay.. i do cadio- 4x week yoga- 7x dance- 3x and then i play baseball, basketball tennis (not on a team but for fun) sometimes.

i eat about 800- 1200 calories per day. this is what i ate today:

-banana

-tbl spoon of peanut butter

-side cup of chili

-1/6 of a greek chicken salad without dressing

-2 cookies :)

how many calories? is that good??Calorie and are they okay?
Banana: 100

Peanut butter: 100

Chilli: 200

Salad: 50

cookies: 300

=750... way to little!



Eat something else.. starving urself will only make your metabolism all screwed up
That is almost certainly too few calories. You need more, especially as you clearly exercise a lot.Calorie and are they okay?
200+100+350+75+200+= way tooo little? wat the heck r u trying to do to yourslef girl??????????/
yeah that is good. especially eating a salad with out the dressing. because dressings can be high in calories. just make sure you burn more calories than you are consuming and you will lose weight. i am trying to lose 3-4 pounds as well
