How fast will I lose 10 lbs on this diet?

How fast will I lose like this....24 year old 5'7.5'' male who weighs 147



Breakfast: 1 cup egg whites with mushrooms and 1 tbsp feta cheese



Snack 1: apple



Lunch: Greek yogurt (100 calories)



Snack 2: pear



Dinner: salad with measured dressing (2 tbsp=70 calories) and just different vegetables AND a grilled chicken breast



Snack 3: peach



Exercise: 8 miles outdoor jogging dailyHow fast will I lose 10 lbs on this diet?
You could lose that in a month. Your diet is really healthy, and the exercise is good for building muscle in replace of fat.
