How do I prepare Greek Salad Dressing? While in Greece this summer I bought the spices for it--but what else?

I have a package called "mixed spices for Salad" and on the front it shows a photo of a greek salad. How do I prepare Greek Salad Dressing? While in Greece this summer I bought the spices for it--but what else?
1/2 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

2 garlic cloves, minced fine

1 teaspoon dried oregano (mediterranean)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

salt %26amp; freshly ground black pepper

3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk, but buttermilk is best)

In a blender or food processor, whirl all the ingredients except the buttermilk for one minute.

With the blender running, slowly pour in the buttermilk and blend until thick and creamy (turn off the blender as soon as the dressing thickens or it may curdle).

Chill at least 1 hour so the flavours meld.

Refrigerate, tightly covered.

This makes nearly 2 cups of dressing and stays fresh for 3-4 days.

If the dressing separates, just give it a whizz in the blender again.
Very detailed, but to much work for me:-)

Thanks!

A REAL Greek salad

(lived in Greece 20 yrs)

In a bowl add

2 ripe tomatoes chopped into 1/4s

1 small onion roughly chopped (large pieces)

1/2 peeled cucmber havled lengthways and sliced

1/2 green bell pepper sliced

6 olives

good sized piece of feta cheese

pour plenty of good quality olive oil over

plenty of salt

sprinkled with oregano

NOTHING ELSE!!!! No packets - NOTHING!
It's likely spices that should go into a base of olive oil, water and vinegar, to be shaken up before pouring. (buy a Good Seasons bottle at the grocery store and use that. They have the mixing measurements for the correct amounts right on the glass.)
