If you're just starting out on this regime, you're going to be hungry for a while. Probably more than a week, possibly as much as two. Keep eating a large salad (mainly lettuce) before lunch and dinner, they should fill you up.
but whyy your soo small. i am liek he same size n about the same weight. everybody tells me i'm skinny.Im trying so hard to lose weight but...?
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
