Im trying so hard to lose weight but...?

im never full. im not over weight or anything i just want to lose a couple pounds to feel better about myself. i weight 120 and i am 5'3 i want to be about a 115 maybe a little less. today i woke up and had a yogurt smothie thing. then for lunch i had a half turkey sandwhich on wheat and a side salad with greek dressing. i had a couple bottles of water and for some reason im sooo hungry. i dont know what to eat to keep from constantly being hungry without over eating. thanks for the help!Im trying so hard to lose weight but...?
If you're just starting out on this regime, you're going to be hungry for a while. Probably more than a week, possibly as much as two. Keep eating a large salad (mainly lettuce) before lunch and dinner, they should fill you up.
but whyy your soo small. i am liek he same size n about the same weight. everybody tells me i'm skinny.Im trying so hard to lose weight but...?
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day

Dont eat until you're full

Eat fruits at night if your hungry.

Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
