I normally eat cucmber and cheese with mustard, tomato and cheese with mayo, grilled cheese, peanut butter and nutella with banana, or random veggies in a pita with greek salad dressing.Vegetarian sandwiches!?

My favourite toasted sandwich EVER:
In a European grocery, or the Dutch section of your supermarket, look for spinach in a glass jar. It's just salted stewed spinach. (You could easily make your own, but I've only tried this sandwich with the Dutch stuff.) Butter the outside of a slice of good quality bread, place it on the sanwich grill, add a slice of cheese, then spoon a layer of the spinach on. Crumble some feta - I like pungent Bulgarian sheep feta, but regular Greek is also good. Squeeze on some fresh lemon juice and sprinkle grated lemond rind and fresh black pepper. Butter the outside of the other slice and toast.
It tastes just like one of those Greek spinach pies or Turkish gozlemes, but in sandwich form. So tasty and filling, and so not your standard tomato and cheese!
