Ok for the last 8 Months Mon-Wed-Fri from 5:30am-9:30am i play Racquetball it's Fun and Great Exercise anyways 7 days a week i eat only one (Turkey Salad with Greek Dressing and a side of Egg No Cheese No Croutons) day either for lunch or dinner No Soda I only Drink Tea like ginseng,red chai anyways i am 5'10'' i weighed 226 lbs 8 months ago i now weigh 155 lbs and am pretty toned.
I used to like to eat junk candy and stuff but haven't in 8 months i feel great but i was wondering is there any type of sweet or sweets that exist that have absolutely no fat and that are healthy????????What are some HEALTHY NO FAT SWEET THINGS TO EAT THAT WON'T PUT A SINGLE BIT OF FAT ON ME?
Drink all water and nothing but water.
Cut your meals to one meal (Dinner)
Turkey with no skin, Chicken no skin, Tuna, Table spoon of peanut butter, cottage cheese, apple sauce, hawaiian bread, ect.
