How have I eaten today?

Hi :) I'm 17, female, 5'3", 100 pounds, I look like I'm 12 so I would like to be around 110 (I want to gain only muscle weight). So i'm only eating healthy, no processed foods, junk food (except for a few homemade cookies :x), fast food, etc. I do not want to gain flabby weight. Kind of confused as to what I should be eating...

Breakfast- Kashi honey almond and flax cereal (200 calories), bowl of fruit with banana and grapes, a small cup of orange juice.

Lunch- Chicken sandwich (whole wheat bread, lettuce, onions, honey mustard sauce), salad w/ greek dressing.

Dinner- None yet

Snacks- Small homemade organic cheese pizza (all-natural Italian crust, part-skim cheese, onions, grilled chicken), 2 homemade cookies (oops heh)

I also plan to eat a big yogurt with granola and honey (i bought it but idk if it'll taste good)

Exercise- 15 minutes of this: 1 minute sprint, 2 minutes walking. I heard it builds muscle in the legs.

I'm not much of a big eater so this is hard :x What else can I eat? I'm going to buy nuts tomorrow.

I go to the gym 4 times a week to do strength training with weights, and do the sprint thing 2-3 times a week.

Thank You:)How have I eaten today?
Are you sure you don't know what to eat? You seem to be pretty good! With I did that well... I mean, sooo natural! Homemade cookies are good, I mean really they arent artificial. Plus, yum! :) I mean, it may be low calorie but diet sodas are gross. So artificial. Anyway, power to you! Dinner...try the yogurt and some other little side. Good luck!

P.S. I'm 4'11 and I weigh 90 lbs, if that helps.
;D yay another short person like me!

I'm, 16 and I'm 4 ft. 9 and weigh around 83ish pounds!

I think your eating healthy xD It sucks for short people because all the fat goes to the tummy area. How have I eaten today?
