im 15, 5 foot 3 and 96.5 pounds.. trying to lose a few
breakfast: a blueberry muffin(450 calories...) its the only breakfast food they serve at school and i was hungry and didnt have time to eat at home
lunch: a small greek salad with no dressing and a multigrain roll then a small cookie. and about half a lunch carton of milk
then I went home and got into the halloween candy and had... two funsized butter fingers and a bar of taffy
dinner: a third of a cup of couscous a fourth of a cup of lentals part of a thing of naan (100 calories) and about 6 brussel sprouts

No, That doesn't sound like you ate too much.
You are suppose to eat around 1200 calories a day.
