Losing weight . Help !?

If I only eat like fruit and vegetables %26amp; salad with Greek dressing , would I lose weight , if I constantly eat that ? if not can you give me a schedule of what I should eat Monday-Sunday thankss :)Losing weight . Help !?
I would not recommend doing that. It would be considered starving/malnutrioning yourself which is very bad for your health and soon as you went back to eating normally you'd gain all the weight you lost. I'd recommend just eating well. Eating plently of fish, not fried or battered. take home made soup with wheaten bread as it contains fewer carbohydrates. cut out alot of fatty foods such as chips, pizza, butter etc. although some fat is required in your diet as it contains certain vitamins which can't be naturally found in anything else. try not to eat carbohydrates after 5o'clock and get atleast an hour's exercise if not more if you can. try limiting your calories %26amp; setting yourself a goal. i guess but you wont get the nutrients you need. and what happens when u go back to eating normally? you will gain all the weight back. u need to learn about nutrition and the calories and sugars in foods so u can learn to eat normal portions. doing extreme diets does not work.
