its not really too much food you just have way to much bad carbs in all the bread, sandwhich and noodles in spaghetti, its a lot of wheat and grain. the yogurts are good, but you have no vegetables and no meat which is not very good. if you want a proper diet talk to your doctor or local gym and they can point you in the right direction.Is this too much food?
