Help, im addicted to fast food!?

i love fastfood. i eat it just about every day. places i eat at :

taco bueno ,taco mayo, mcdonalds, little ceasers, papajohn's,arby's burger king, kfc, long john silvers..

yum.

but i need to eat healthier.

i really want to lose some weight.

but i dont want to go grocery shopping.

is there any healthy foods i can eat at any of theses fast food places?

and im hooked on soda. i need to cut it out to lose weight. if i switch to diet soda will i lose weight?

what are the key ingrediets to stay away from when your on a diet?

i think they are-

suger,fat,carbohydrants,and sodium.

have very little of them, i believe. those are what makes a person fat besides too many calories.

i wish there was a magic pill that i could take. that would dissolve all the calories and fat after i ate food. that way i could eat whatever i want and not gain weight!

that would be so nice.

i really wanna be fit like shakira.

First of all, fat and carbs are ESSENTIAL to life and you can't cut them out of your diet completely or you'll eventually die. I know, harsh, but ti's true. The key is to eat the good fats and carbs. Good fat is monunsaturated fat. Bad fat is saturated and trans fat. Here are some examples of good carbs: vegetables, fruit, beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains like oatmeal, brown rice, whole grains. Bad carbs are things like soda, "white carbs" (white pasta, white bread, rolls, bagels), sweets, desserts, juice and sweetened drinks, candy, chips and most snack type foods. So as long as you eat good carbs and good fat, you'll lose weight. Also, studies have shown that monunsaturated fat helps you to burn off bad fat.

You shouldn't drink diet soda. Yes, it'll probably help you lose weight, but it uses artificial sweeteners that are really bad for you. In my experience, if you cut soda out of your diet completely for like a week, you don't really want it any more after that. Same with fast food.

Most fast food restaraunts are offering healthier choices though. Choose chicken over beef, choose salad over meat, choose apple wedges or mac and cheese over fries, choose water or milk over soda. If you must drink soda, drink clear soda (7up, sprite, etc) because it's better for you than brown soda (pepsi, coke, etc).

It'll also help if you exercise. Do lots of cardio, such as running, walking, swimming, biking, or dancing. You need at least 30 mins a day 3-4 days a week.

Good luck
Anyone looking for a weight loss pill should really consider the Acai Berry. Many people claim to have lost 40-50 pounds in a couple months while using Acai. 60 Minutes and Oprah have even featured it on their shows. Dr. Oz said it is a Super Food and is full of vitamins and anti-oxidents.Help, im addicted to fast food!?
1. keep a picture of ur fav celebrity on ur fone wallpaper, laptop or everything a pic on ur wardrobe whatever possible and whenever you feel like eating stuff like this watch ur thighs in a mirror... i bet u wont eat...

2. get a skimpy dress and try hard to fit in.. work hard for it..

3. keep less money in ur wallet and start saving it up...
eat grilled chicken sandwiches instead of burger and avoid cheese and mayo. dont eat kfc and dont eat arbys. Pizza is not so bad for you if you ask for half cheese and choose ingredients like olives, bell pepper, pineapple, etc. if you really do want to lose weight, however, you just stay away from these places altogether. I eat healthy but when i go out with friends and we want fast food, those are the choices we all make at those fast food places.
You don't get a hot body overnight. I'm sending few links to you, go through these links properly and follow them. You may get benefited
