Can the Windows Movie Maker for Vista work with Windows 7 ?

I really hate the Windows Movie Maker on my laptop , I don't mind the Windows 7 but

I hate how WMM looks , and it doesn't have anything good like the one I had on my

desktop .

Is there one I can download to look like the second one ? Because I really

don't like how the software looks and how it doesn't have good things like
