I personally like travelocity it is very easy to use and I just like the layout, but expedia and orbitz are both nice too. Stick to these or to actual airline websites I wouldn't trust too many other sites...

There is Flightcentre, Webjet.com, HarveyWorld Travel, Exepedia... There all good, bascially all the same!
southwest airlines has by far the best deals.
