Ordered pizza online, with discount. Do I get tip from discounted price?

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks online from Papajohn's and it was about $17.10 with tax and delivery charges. I had a discount code, and that brought it down to $13.30. So do I get the 15% tip (for the driver, since I'm getting it delivered) from the regular price ($17.10) or from the discounted price ($13.30)?? Give it on the REGULAR price. Jeez. He doesn't have to drive 15 percent less miles or take 15 percent less time to get to your house just because you have a discount code.
