Hi! I'm trying to keep losing weight. I'm 124 lbs, and I want to lose maybe 5-10 more lbs and tighten my stomach. I'm 20, female, 5'2", and I exercise 3-5 times a day. I've been lifting and running around cleaning all day today, but am trying to keep my food consumption to a minimum because I've noticed that while my pounds have been downsizing, by stomach has not :(
Today I had.....for...
breakfast- 170 calories of oatmeal and protein water
Snack- A Luna protein bar (180 calories)
Lunch- a Salad with egg white, spinach and lettuce, tomato, black olive, and fat free sweet onion dressing......an apple
Snack- about half a container of greek yogurt.
I don't know what we're having for supper yet. Have I done okay so far?Have I been eating okay today?
yes I think you ate great today. As long as dinner is healthy as well with lean protein and some kind of vegetable you're good. Maybe try to get some more servings of fresh fruit in there.
