breakfast: 1/3c oatmeal, 1/3c egg whites, 5 oz plain greek yogurt, 1/2 small apple
lunch:banana and salad (broccoli, lettuce, carrots, hard boiled egg, olives, 2 slices of turkey breast[33calories]..no dressing )
snack: applesauce(150calories)
dinner: whole grain pite(90calories) with turkey breast(maybe 200 calories ?), fat free ranch(around 35calories), and several tablespoons of salsa
and I had alot of water throughout the day.
I want to lose atleast 5 lbs..tips to improve my diet?How was my diet today? Improvements? Tips?

the only thing that i would say is dont eat bananas or aple sauce, try oranges or real apples
