Is this unhealthy? will i gain weight?

today i ate:



breakfast: 3 scrambled egg whites with tomatoes and green onion with a side of a small apple and strawberries

lunch: small bowl of salad with chopped pears in it with and homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

heres where i messed up my day: i split a strawberry cupcake with someone so i basically ate 1/2 a cupcake :(



dinner: roasted asparagus (had olive oil on it..), salad with tomatoes and green onion with my balsamic dressing, and roman chicken (it has white wine, tomatoes, green%26amp;yellow bell peppers, capers, proscuitto, olive oil and obviously chicken..i ate an entire chicken breast which i felt guilty about, then snacked on it some more after.) so yeah, had a ton of that. Then after dinner i had a small bowl of non-fat vanilla greek yogurt (200 cal. per cup..im pretty sure i had less than that if not that much.) with some grapes in it.. So yeah... and i snacked on grapes during the day..



basically im 15 and am always told "oh i wont hurt you, its fine, its healthy" but seriously, will it????? will i gain weight now? is my "diet" ruined!Is this unhealthy? will i gain weight?
With a diet like that you probably won't gain much weight unless you are a complete and total couch potato. I would say overall what you are eating is healthy.
Don't feel guilty. You're lucky you can eat that much and only feel as guilty as you do. You had good protein and a lot of fruits and veggies. I feel guilty if I have a salad and sometimes just that guilt drives me to basically claw it out of my stomach so I won't feel fat. You're in a dangerous place because you really didn't have enough to throw you off of any diet I can think of besides an anorexic's. Count your calories and try to get around 2000 per day. No less than 1000 if you're REALLY trying to lose weight.Is this unhealthy? will i gain weight?
You will live. but if you are really worried go for a run or a short bike ride after lunch to burn of some of the calories
