How was my eating today? and how is my weight?

5'3(1/2), 21 years old, female, and about 102 lbs



meal 1:

vita top - 100 calories

large apple



meal 2:

yogurt - 150 calories

veggies - carrots, sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes with dressing (30 calories and fat free)



meal 3:

salad - 4 ounces grilled chicken, 2 cups mixed veggies, and 2 tablespoons fat free poppyseed dressing (30 calories)



meal 4:

large apple



meal 5:

vita top muffin - 100 calories

your eating kind of sucks. I didn't see any protein besides the greek yogurt and no carbs either. Only veggies, fruits, and a muffin. Go eat some steak and potatoes.
It is a good diet, but you are well under your daily calorie intake requirements. What i noticed was that you eat no complex carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, brown rice/pasta etc). Try to incorporate foods like these into your salads as they will help you feel fuller for longer.



You weight is great. That weight combined with your height gives you a BMI of around 18.1, perfectly healthy.

Well the average woman is around 120ibs, to be honest (maybe im wrong) id think your a little on the small side. I know someone who is extremly skinny and they weigh more than you! Id say yes, your meal is very healthy, but you should eat atleast 1500cals a day, also try to get up around 110ibs. This is just my opinion, Hope it helps!!
